SHAPE.

This image of circles represents shape because it shows continuity and motion. When looking at a circle you get a feeling of infinity because circles do not have an ending or starting point.

COLOUR.

The colours in this image go well together and the colours red, pink and white are usually associated with love and romance.

LINE.

There are many loose lines in this image. Although the lines are minimal, they create movement by their expert placement.

PROPORTION.

This picture shows proportion between the toast and the eggs. When put together they seem unproportional to each other. However, when seperated, you would not be able to say whether it is big or small.

EMPHASIS.

In this picture the main focus is on the girl's ring which says BAD.  Her face is blurred and so is the background in order to emphasize this and to make it the focal point.

HARMONY.

All the colours in this picture go well together. It is showing nature and how everything goes together, there is nothing that stand out and everything is unified.

TEXTURE.

This picture shows the ridges of a surface and you can feel it just by looking at it.

SYMMETRICAL BALANCE.

The colours of the fruit in the picture are balanced out equally on both sides of the page and it gives an impression of stability.

ASYMMETRICAL BALANCE.

The King chess peice balances out the four pawns. Although there is only one king peice, the value is similar to the value of four pawns.

RHYTHM.

This shows rhythm because the black and the white repeat itself. Also, it appears as though the rows are moving.
